While Simbrief is free and does all the above very well, I believe it only has access to the AIRAC cycle it comes with.
You would require a Navigraph subscription to keep the AIRAC current in Simbrief.
Eventually, the sim will be updated with more current nav data and your free Simbrief will not, so for a short term solution, (or if you don’t mind that down the road, some Nav Data differences will occur) it could be a good answer.
You should try it though, it is a great resource, in particular when flying any addon airliner.
