If you bought it from the Microsoft store, it could be that the aircraft hasn’t been updated just yet. If you did, might be worth checking the version number you have. If you bought it from Simmarket, log in to your account, orders and then select the 339 and download the current version there.
If there’s another way of getting it, you’re on your own there as no idea.
