While downloading the updates, you can not use a controller on other applications because MSFS opens a link in Chrome every time you press the A or X button

This is an issue on every Windows version. The downloading page takes over your PC and you can not use a controller with the Downloader running in the background. There is no way to fix it, and anyone can reproduce this 100% of the time.

I’ve seen this posted multiple times with replies saying the problem was fixed or it doesn’t exist. That is wrong and the problem has existed since Day 1
