Why can't I get rid of this ridiculous icing effect!

Still windshield icing does not look like that and you certainly won’t pick up any ice on the cabin windows as in your screenshots. Furthermore, I assume the Twotter has windshield heating? Its very rare to have ice accretion on a heated windshield. That is a sign of severe icing.

Your screenshots do not show severe icing, by definition severe icing means that the rate of ice accretion exceeds the capability of the de-icing and anti-icing systems installed to shed the ice. In other words, the situation is unstable. According you description the situation is not getting worse as long as de/anti-icing systems are ON which means light or moderate icing conditions.

In-flight icing just doesn’t look like this glassy clear ice stuff, at least I haven’t seen it in 15 years of flying in icing conditions. Undercooled droplets splash or splatter on impact, trapping air between. Therefore its white in appearance and more like rime ice or mixed ice in texture. The only way to get this glassy kind of clear ice on the windshield is on ground with the aircraft covered with a layer of water and subsequently lowering the temperature until it freezes, like black ice on the road and your car on some mornings.

This is what severe icing looks like:
