The fact is, boycotting them is cutting off one’s nose to spite one’s face. Like it or not, they make great products.
They also make products for the industry (including Boeing themselves) so maybe the MSFS userbase is comparatively insignificant? I can think of no other reason why their customer service would be so stand-offish.
