One way to do it would be a scripted event, that would first switch to an external camera, then the view you want. I could do that with my Streamdeck I think, for example. It would be a little jarring at first as the initial External view would be whatever was last used, so if you were flipping between a left, and right view for a split second you would see the wrong view.
