Why do major bugs only appear after Sim Updates, not discovered in Beta Testing?

My suspicion is that either Asobo or the Microsoft team are doing some additional ‘finalization’ code work after beta testing

If this were the case, though, we’d see an executable update at time of final release, but we haven’t.
