Why does a patchy update, ie 1.14.6.0, claiming to improve the performance, ruin the FPS?

I must have kinda confused WU and SU.
I’ve totally lost the track of the updates.

What really matters is the fact that when the others have probs, I don’t, and when they don’t, I have. My rig must be sorta weird.
