The past three times I’ve tried to make a long flight (2+ hours) I’ve just randomly crashed. The first two times it was in a Daher. I set autopilot and came back to a message saying my plane had crashed. There were no obstacles, I had plenty of fuel, and my plane stress settings were all the way off. I switched to another plane to see if the same thing would happen. I even let my autopilot take over and my engines still failed. Any idea whats going on? It’s very frustrating that I can’t take a long flight.
The first thing that comes to mind with the 930 is fuel starvation. Depending on how you’ve got your overhead fuel pumps set up, you may only be emptying one tank and not your whole fuel load. I’m not in the sim at the moment or I’d be more specific. I’ll try to look at it later.

over speed…
PS : if your passanger would know that you take a neep while flight… oh oh
It’s probably the temperature issues going on with the live weather. It keeps rising really high in the higher altitudes which is leading to degraded engine performance, higher fuel burn, and potential engine stress that burns out your engines. Been happening since yesterday.
I had a flight some time ago in a C152. Took off from KHIO and headed north over the Columbia River to KTDO Toledo, Washington. I was at 6,000’ and climbing over the Columbia River when the engine started to lose RPM. It would increase, then decrease. I pulled carb heat and after hearing/seeing no change in behavior I reduced throttle and pointed the nose to KLS Kelso, Washington. I made my call to flight services that I was experiencing engine trouble and was landing at KLS.
I had plenty (sure ) of altitude to glide the distance if the engine died completely, but it remained running at low RPM’s ok. Any movement of the throttle forward and it would not hold RPM. As I rolled off the end of the runway and onto the grass out of the way I saw a fire truck pulling in. They were ready for a crash.
As in real life, maybe these system failures are a test to see if we come through alright
I’ve had long stutters last several minutes, but my system has not crashed . . . yet. After the latest update the stutters seem to have gone away.
The times that has happened to me were from wing icing from cloud cover. I fly the TBM most of the time and when ever I’m away from the controls, I make sure to turn on all anti ice switches.
