i have been trying for weeks now to add a parking spot to my own air strip but cant start from it

step 1 build airstrip ( in SDK )
step 2 add parkng spot (in SDK)
step 3 go fly the sim
my point is that i cannot select the new parking spot as a starting point in the
sim

Maybe next time lead with a little more detail, then it is easier to see where your problem is and give an answer that may actually help you.
To me this seems that your parking spot is not connected to the active runway by a taxiway. As I understand it you are designing your airport within the sim using the SDK tools, which I have never used.
I use Airport Design Editor, because that is the software I have used quite a few sim versions back. It shows the connections between the spots and the runway and it also has a fault finder that makes it easier to spot things you may have overlooked
Also the parking spot is on the runway, so that may be confusing the little bits and bites.
Where does it actually put you if not on that spot. I can see you have it selected, so that doesn’t appear to be the issue, and you didn’t say that the Fly button didn’t actually work, so I have to assume that it does.
So where do you spawn in?

It’s usually simple. Add it, define it’s properties, save & build packages, put into community. Use. There is no great secret to it.
You don’t need to link the parking spot to a runway with a taxi path. You will get a yellow caution in the Scenery window, but that won’t stop you from using it it just won’t be useable by ATC &AI traffic, but that hardly matters for small bush strips.
Perhaps try adding one off the runway away from a start spot (but really that shouldn’t matter - I add parking spots directly over helipad start points and there is no conflict and I can choose whether to start on the pad cold and dark or engines on)
Try using the package builder tool that comes with the SDK.
Usually the only reason might be that the spot is incompatible with the aircraft type.
