Hi,
I run MSFS on a 3090ti + AMD 5800X3D with 32G of ram 3600Mhz
I fly mostly the FBW A320 and I have poor performance, on the ground at a custom scenery (LFPO) I get 30FPS at most, which is odd.
My settings are on Ultra DX12 with TAA.
Any ideas what might cause this ? Or am I being too demanding ?

And what do you get with all add-ons disabled?
At what resolution setting are you try to fly? And what is the resolution your monitor supports?
I’m playing on 1080p 144Hz
With all addons off and deactivated, I have around 130 FPS

I tried many, many recommended settings, with incremental success. Then I came across this video. I followed every step and now mine runs butter smooth and looks as good as the MSFS advertising videos. The video has more than 3,000 likes and no dislikes, and 500 thank-you comments. So it seems that it’s working for a lot of people.
Odd indeed if you play on 1080p at 144 hz
But if you get 130fps with no add on than it could be that one or multiple of the add ons need update.

I have all mods active and 40/50 fps on ground 55/65 fps in air with PMDG 737.
I run MSFS on a 3060ti + AMD 5800X3D and triple monitor 3x 1920x1080.
So i don’t know what is wrong with your configuration.
That’s not how it works 
Set Frames to 33% and you get ~43 Stutter free FPS at High settings no need for ultra , adjust with L.O.D. Test with a Default Plane !
If dislikes isn’t how it works, then how do you explain this icon?
You might have missed a few events. It caused quite the stir in the YouTube community.
If you fly with cache on then probably it is full, try to add 5gb more and hit enter and f11
