Its showing that everything is installed that should be i really dont wanna re install again.
Also usa is isntalled

Probably because you have de 320Neo Mod installed. You need to remove the mod to play the challenges with the airbus.

Probably because you didn’t search for forums to find one of literately 100 other posts on the same issue…with the simple solution of removing your A320 mod… 
Certain mods render landing challenges unavailable. FBW’s mod advise this in their known issues with the stable release version of the mod v0.5.1 Releases · flybywiresim/aircraft · GitHub
Default A320neo landing challenges do not work (intended)
It is not a bug in MSFS and therefore I am closing this thread.
