Is there a way to change the 60 fps limit?
Update:
I do have v-sync off. Nvidia is set to 144. My monitor has 144 refresh.
I am using an Evga GTX 1080 ti SC.
Windows 10 Prof x64.

Probably somewhere deep hidden in the game files there is a config file. Are you getting more than 60fps? If so, I congradulate you on having an amazing PC lol.
Yes. You can either use the slider to add a custom limit or turn of VSync

No I think it caps out at 60fps is what he means.

Vsync caps to 60fps. I have 70 fps because i turned vsync off.

Yeah V-sync will cap it to your refresh rate
