I guess the problem is if your Gamertag and your steam/ms account differ.
In my case, my gamertag is based on my Alias in steam, which is not equal to my useraccount/login in steam.
Well, no any miracle in my case happened. Today is Monday, I have sent ticket to Zendesk and I still have no promised bonus. Yes I have different username in MSFS and STEAM . So what ?Is this a reason to separate me from other players ? I feel myself segregated.
That’s just the reason why it does not work automatically i guess. How should they know which gamertag belongs to which steam user?

I presuming you checked the Content Manager in your Steam version, as it would show up there.

No, I indicated my MSFS2020 username. It is the same as on this thread.
