The problem is that any of the dozen or more transfer points between your residence and the FS server can have issues of all different kinds at any moment, and there’s very little you can do to even troubleshoot that momentary glitch, much less actually do anything about it. Once MS sends out a data packet destined for your computer, it’s at the mercy of several autonomous protocols that are designed to get that packet there, but sometime things happen.
