I worked with Perfect Flight in 2020 to develop guided trips based on our real-world travels and flights. Through the community folder and one in the library section of 2024 these “bush trips” worked… kind of…
The nav part worked and could be followed by hand or autopilot. Our recorded voices at waypoints worked.
What does not work, and I can’t even find anything in the SDK that resembles it is the NavLog that could be pulled up and followed in flight. We had included actual images from our trips in that NavLog along with the navigational directions. At this point there is no way to even pull those up. In communication with Perfect Flight, they are not sure how or if Bush Flights will happen.
I did notice Perfect Flight developed a Mission that was based more on airline activity. That is being sold on a site outside of Marketplace. My guess is that is where we will see anything resembling a Bush Trip end up.
