No bush trips for WU Brazil 2024 :cry:

Let’s hope the 3 bush trips for WU Brazil 2020 make their way to 2024 ASAP! :heart_hands:

In the release for SU Brazil, they do list 3 bush trips, but put “(only for Microsoft Flight Simulator users)” meaning only 2020.

I would not build up hope of bush trips being implemented anytime soon.

I was also slightly hopeful at the prospect that the World update might push the first Bush Trip activities into 2024. What a disappointment that they’ve completely neglected this mode in the new game.

As the external developers are also confirming there is no way for them to implement the activities in 2024, the update from Jayne in November that it was being worked on doesn’t seem to be at all evident. I just wish someone from Asobo/MS would actually update us.

So - I had loaded my 2020 community folder into 2024 and was able to access and fly many of the bush trips. All that was missing was the navlog. Not great but I could deal with it.

Had enrolled in the sim update 1 beta and everything was still accessible under Activities/Custom content.

So the official Sim Update 1 dropped - checked custom content - nothing - was instructed to go to My library - nothing (message says to load it via the home page/ market place

Tried setting the community folder location - confirmed that the UserCfg.opt had the correct location

Checked the list of contents - lots of disabled stuff but none of the bush trips were listed let alone disabled. Which I suspect is the problem.

Restarted the sim - no custom content
Tried setting a different location - no custom content.

Tried reinstall of the sim - no difference.

It’s bad enough that they were removed but, at least had a workaround. Now not even that.

Before people who loaded things in the Community folder I was told were able to see trips in Custom Content, I was told they just didn’t work right. All my content was from the Marketplace, and all 300 were set by Microsoft so I couldn’t even attempt to load them. The last few days, more and more of that content can be set to Streamed now, and I can see things in Custom Content now.

So it seems when they turned it on for Marketplace content, they disabled it accidentally for Community Content.

Or not accidentally - as bush trips aren’t supported they don’t have to deal with complaints
