In my experience, Luciano will not reply if he thinks that the question is obvious or has been answered on the forums or FAQs or is user error.

It’s a somewhat customer-unfriendly way to operate, yes, but when I’ve sent him relevant and real issues he’s always responded (sometimes after a delay). I get the strong feeling this is a side-project for him and he doesn’t have that much time for it.

Not excusing poor customer service - it’s a paid-for product, after all, you have a right to expect a reply - but TBH I think the customer base for 2020/2024 is pretty small, and the glory days of the product were back in the P3D and FSX days and those are probably still the biggest customers.

The activation software it uses is positively medieval, and bit me more than once back when I used Wideview for P3D.
