Try this for a start
In sim go to → option -->general–> camera on this page go down and turn shaking of the camera off and turn on homecockpit (for this locks the position of the cockpit)
On the client pc when u setup view to your liking you do the same as above on the server pc.
You know the setup works actually the same as multiview under experimental but there is different way to accomplish this and zoom is also a very important factor as is degree of angle for the screens
