This is how my sim looks now after all of the things you helped me with. Thank you so much! Now the sim uses all of my CPU and GPU power without stutters all the time. Make sure to tick the settings button to view it in 4k. 
It’s small stutters in the end though. I think it is because of the recording at the same time. Used geforce experience recording in this one. Use much less GPU to record as you can see.
I hope this thread can be in use for helping others make their sim as smooth. I’ve learned so much from it.
