Thats good when you see limited by gpu. If you see that on ground too you are well tuned and using the most of your system if you never go on red. That’s what i’ve learned from this 
I have mostly the same system as you except the gpu. I have RTX 2080 S. I set my settings to30fps in GA to be able to use 4k. I think 4k looks so much better. Especially the photogrammetry.
