Today will be the news update, where they will update us on the timing of the game update. (I really wish they used better and clearer terminology).

Seems a lot better late yesterday and today, done 4 flights with the A320 and can say it has performed well, even ILS landings without issue.
I wonder are they tweaking the game behind the scenes?

I’m batting 50/50 with the game.. Last night had no issues for a flight, thought I’d do one early this morning for fun. CTD right after take off heading to cruise.. TBM… Guess I was lucky it was just after startup and takeoff. Really thought they would have a patch today and not an update on the update. I was fine before patch 2.

I’ll be able to play today just as I was able to play yesterday.
Personally, I was also convinced (I could have sworn to have seen it written somewhere) that there would be an update of the software today. The controls configs being destroyed, I do not know how to use the tbm (I only tried it and the airbus). I tried to configure the controls thanks to the file to edit, but the game crashes, and I had to download the 120 gigabytes again … No thanks. Not twice.
And this even after having replaced by its backup, the modified file. I would be very surprised if they still leave the game in this state for a week or more, it is almost unusable depending on the joystic in its possession.
Having no official confirmation, I think you are right, I who eagerly awaited this update, I am deeply disappointed. It is not yet this evening, that I will fly peacefully …

No, they only advise what’s coming up in the latest update 10 days or so before the update is launched.

It is very annoying, they keep us wait so long… i am glad i can fly A320 at least, but only when use the A320 mod (master) from Github. Turned off ground traffic (cos screens turned dark during flight and turned ATC to Windows offline (cos CTD after take off)… now it is flyable
My top 10 list for stability (On my machine results may vary).
As someone who lived through FSX 1.0 and SP1, fniding things that help have given me a moslty stable platform .
- Disable dev mode
- Kill any mods you have in the nvidia display 3d settings to default
- Update to nvidia driver 456.38
- When in game before creating to/from/flight plan select live weather
- Build your plan and approach that you want to use from gate at source once do not edit it
- Fly the TBM 930 it’s great and stable
- DO NOT MODIFY IN ANY WAY THE FLIGHT PLAN or PROC screen once started
- Use the WAYPOINT button to find dest airport and look at Freq and then click on the ILS you ant and copy to NAV 1 then NAV2
- Do not use VNAV use ALT and VSPEED during flight
- Do not task switch to read email, order pizza or graze on forums, do this on your phone/tablet or lappy
I have found not following these 10 things results in a proess hang, CTD or autopilot insanity.
I have 20 flights where I followed all 10 and they all went well.

I hope so my game has been crashing a ton recently which never happened before the patch also can’t adjust my yoke sensitivity lol
