As said above…sadly can’t revert anymore and a clean installation is not an option for me as i would loose too much of my system.
In fact ist still playable and there are just short microstutters in graphics…the sound problems are annoying but also could be worse…so it’s still playable…nevertheless this sucks a bit 
But thanks for your answer as it shows im not alone with the problem.
