Wind and turbulence in the Career Mode is ridiculous

Here is a snippet of a flight I just did today. The winds don’t read as very bad at all but the plane is yawing excessively. I hope you all are able to view this video. This is a freelance Cargo Transport - Medium mission using a Caravan 208B.

that’s dutch roll cause by a badly-written autopilot constantly overshooting and then overcorrecting a heading. the Pilatus does the same thing, except it also can’t hold altitude without porpoising.
