I have had to change my geo locations to get out of bad real weather. If I had weather data for the mission I could plan properly for bad weather or simply not fly. Since they want us to experience flying like in real life, we need real life data to make decisions. I’m so tired of getting to my destination and finding 14kt crosswinds with 25kt gusts when trying to land a 172. I think they forgot that in real life when you don’t have amiable weather for your type aircraft, ya don’t fly and we need to be able to determine that before accepting the mission.
