There is no real time weather in career mode. Every flight I have done today has been with strong crosswinds all the way down to the runway resulting in nearly uncontrollable aircraft with constant wind sheer like events.
There are shots from just now looking at the windsock where I am supposed to land, yet again another strong crosswind.
Included is the real weather condition at the airport, which is definitely not being represented. I have also noted throughout the day that temps and baro are not at all current with live weather.
