Looking at the windsock, it looks to be like it’s about a 5-10kt crosswind.
METAR for yesterday night was about that:
I suspect there was a change in wind direction between when you measured the sock and when you looked at the winds in that report you show. The winds did move between 200 to 220. That 20 degree shift would be enough to make it look more like a stronger crosswind than the report says.
