What happens is exactly what happens when you hold a button down in a textbox, so it starts actually holding late, however this should not be happening in the game

Just a thought, but I didn’t think Windows was supported on Mac other than through a hypervisor (such as parallels)

Macs with Intel CPUs can run Windows natively (not in a VM) using Boot Camp.

This is what I have been using.

I am going to use an Xbox controller now, but still i want a workaround

its a Bootcamp issue, or ?.. what can MSFS developers here do ? Or did you mean windows users (native) see same ?

EDIT:
to be sure I did some tests:

  • I can not see any deplay with usage of a throttle ( joystick )
    – it reacts instantly ( e.g. the rpm target selector )
  • If use the keyboard
    – I can notice a very short moment for the first reaction
    – and of course it is not so fast as what I can do with my throttle

So, if you mean these little moment while you use a keyboard, it seems not related to bootcamp and seems all keys react in that way. But whether I would tell this a lag… hmmm… its simple that you steer the airplane with a keyboard. May be not many user notice that, think most simmers use any kind of controller.
