Ok, try the app recommended by TheSevenflyer. In my case it always worked well so never had to recalíbrate it. Do you have another controller plugin ?, if yes disconnect it. I had a conflict issue with a gamepad that was messing up inputs with my logitech and by just disconnecting it, issues was fixed.
