I keep Little Nav Map open - it’s got NOAA wind feed at various altitudes including cruise, so that’s a nice way to get a quick graphical representation. The wind is slightly different from the Meteoblue Live Weather in the sim (no way to feed the sim wind into LNM), but it’s close enough for deviation work.
