I remember I had a similar issue but cant recall exactly how I solved it.
I can share the setttings I have now and work perfectly.
Your settings appear to be alright.
I think I had to create a profile for the joystick in the sim by binding some keys and only after the simapp was able to identify the “binding file”.
And I had trouble for the sim to recognize the axis but downloading the profile in the simapp solved that issue.
Its a great joystick with the worst software I have ever seen.
And yes it’s working great in msfs 2024, including the basic vibration functions.
In 2024 I didn’t have to download any profile for simapp and had no problems assigning keys and axis in the sim.
