I’ve noticed over the last couple of weeks that global supply chains are routing around the damage.
With a US dollar worth about $1.40 canadian, before the tariffs flight gear was a lot more expensive in Canada. But suppliers are shipping directly to Canada and other places, bypassing the US, to the point that prices are almost the same in CAD for canadians as USD for americans.
This is the end of “global pricing in USD” until the tariffs end.
I’ve had a PFP7 on order through the US Store site since January 17. Still no notice for payment, nor does the pre-order listing on my Account page (yet?) show any price increase. When logged in and showing the US Store, the item description had stated “ETA>45 Days” for most of the past few months. Last weekend it changed to “ETA=May 12, 2025.”
FWIW, the US Store for Winwing (not the Amazon affiliate link in the previous post) is still up and operating. They got PFP 7 units in stock last Friday. My unit is en route to me as I type, expected to arrive in several days.
