You’re welcome - fly safe capt!
Not sure if this was mentioned, but I have this issue if I plug the usb cable into the left usb inlet side on the back of PFP3N (left if looking at PFP3N from front), plug it into the right side everything works perfect..
On WinWIng devices, one of the USB ports is a power-in port only. The other is a USB connection. Ask me how I know LOL!
Hello, I have the same problem but I can’t find the different files, especially 7.7_options.ini. Please help me.
Welcome aboard. To clarify, you are searching for the 777_options.ini file, correct?
no 737_options.ini

I’m really sorry, but this is where my help ends for now- F1 GP is about to start. Could you please continue getting help from @Nikita ?
Also, don’t forget to update the PFP firmware in SimApp Pro.
really a big thank you, it’s still going well, thank you and enjoy watching F1
Since updating MSFS 2020 earlier in the week my FMC has stopped working. The screen just shows the winwing logo. Flying PMDG 737-700 and 800.
I’ve worked through the above posts SDK set as above , latest simpro firmware V1.03 installed.
FMC unplugged re-plugged in again etc MSFS data and aircraft path Appdata\local\packages\microsoftFlight Simulator_8wekyb3d……SystemAppDAt\wgs
If I press the buttons on the FMC they light up in green in the SimAppPro
Any thought please
Why doesn’t this work for any of my msfs2020 aircraft?
Could you clarify what exactly doesn’t work for any of your MSFS2020 aircraft? What are you trying to do and what happens when you try it?
Were you able to resolve the problem after the update? I’m asking because it’s been a while now, so maybe your FMC is already working and displaying properly instead of just showing the Winwing logo.
I finally got it to work by uninstalling simappro and reinstalling with 1.16.22 version.
https://download.wwsimstore.com/download/SimAppPro/SimAppPro%20Setup%201.16.22.exe
Uninstalled and re-installed pmdg 737-800 and it worked. The 737-700 still doesn’t work so I’ll uninstall that and reinstall later
I have exactly the same and spent all day trying to rectify this issue. Just spent an hour on Winwing chat sending screen shots back and forth to which they couldnt even rectify it.
Mine has gone back to just displaying the win wing logo. Thought I’d fixed it 2 days ago.
Feel your pain! I had the day off work today and spent it on this issue and still haven’t found an answer. thought I had screwed it up somehow but I have no clue now apart from waiting for updates. Winwing did say they have reported it before disappearing but I don’t know if its MSFS.
I went into simapp pro downloaded latest update then on one of the settings pages it suggested update MFD??…. thought well I can always unistall simapp and reinstall the working earlier version in my post above.
So did the MFD bit, restarted MSFS 2020 PMDG 737-800 and it worked !!!
The problem is I never really know what I’ve done to fix it
