Winwings pfp3n Big problem

On Tuesday, I got the PFP3N, connected it, and everything worked. The next day, I wanted to fly. I connected the PFP3N, and the game crashes to the desktop. Watch the video. I haven’t updated or changed anything. I don’t know what happened. I’ve been experiencing this issue since Wednesday and I can’t solve it. I contacted Winwings support, sent the error logs, and have been waiting since Thursday, but still no response. Now that the weekend is starting, I probably won’t get a response. Please help, maybe someone has had a similar experience.

What happens if you connect it before starting the sim?

the same thing happens, the game loads to 100% and crashes to the desktop

Read the PFP3N manual and update the firmware.
This is the first step and must be completed before proceeding, if the firmware is not already updated.

The latest firmware version is 1.03

I have the PU air korea MCDU it had worked in MSFS 2020, I tried to connect it with 2024 and nothing happens. I emailed PU air Korea with the problem
, we worked at trying to get working after 4 or 5 days working with PU they said that they have exhausted all avenues and it must be somthing with MSFS software?

yes, I updated the software right after taking it out of the box

Does MSFS 2024 start without the PFP3N connected?

Problem solved, WinWings engineers contacted me remotely and it turned out that clearing all msfs2024 settings and reconfiguring them helped.
