Yes. Rotate the bottom right outer knob on the MFD to move to the Aux selector and it will display the settings for the MFD. The fields can be changed there.
Yes, this is intended. Those setting are not saved on the real unit either.
Thanks, but that’s just for the Data Bar at the top. I was looking to change the fields shown on the legs of the flight plan. Instead of DTK DIS ALT maybe DTK ETE ALT.
Also, is there a way to save and recall a flight plan? The Store Flight Plan option appears disabled.

If you just want to fly something you’ve logged before, you can go into the logbook and click on that flight, and it will give you the option of flying it again.
Doesn’t help if you’re looking to save a flight before you’ve already done it once.

Ha - I never knew you could do that! Thanks. That will work. It even lets you swap aircraft, which I don’t believe is the case when you save from the World flight planner.
If you save the flight plan as a PLN file, you can change aircraft - if you save it as a FLT, however, you can’t. ![]()
They have just banged the NXi into my Cessna 172 in the last mandatory update, but the cursor doesnt line up with any of the soft keys and nothing works on the copilots screen. Its on, but I cant scroll or do anthing with it. Is this me or them?
Shot in the dark here, but make sure Lens Correction is turned off in Settings. As I recall the past, maybe a year ago, when I had Lens Correction on, the cursor did not line up correctly with any of the soft keys or knobs.

You mean SU X? SỰ V was a long time ago. Also, there’s no evidence that this is a bug introduced by the update. If it were, it would be reported by more people. What cursor mode do you use? Legacy or Lock? Try changing that and see if it makes a difference.

The error that the clickspots are not correct when lenscorrection is enabled has been around for about a year now.
I use Legacy and will surely not change it. It doesn’t make a different either on the clickspots
Other old issues that were not fixed by SU10:
SU7 Intermittant flickering of landing and taxi lights, especially when moving
SU6 World Map selected arrival parking ramp or gate is ignored by ATC. SU5 ATC directed to taxi to the chosen arrival parking ramp or gate. Since SU6, ATC directs to some random ramp or gate.
SU5 Intermittant loss of sound and text from ATC and other aircraft on one radio when using both radios or AI copilot. Can use the other radio as a temporary workaround. Must restart the sim to restore both radios.
SU5 World Map and ATC in flight often will assign the wrong end of a runway for takeoff or landing so the aircraft will have a tailwind instead of a headwind, and in flight, the tower ignores manually set wind direction when assigning the landing runway. Can no longer set a gate or ramp as arrival and specify the landing runway by setting the wind direction
SU5 At any uncontrolled airport after flying in from another airport, SU5 eliminated the ATC Announce Clear Of Runway and other ATC options after landing and taxiing past a hold short line
One old issue that was fixed by SU10:
SU6 The after-flight log pop-up flight data and TOTAL digits do not align with column titles. After SU7, occasionally the display is aligned correctly. Fixed in SU10.

Not so. Just did a flight from one uncontrolled airport to another last night and clear of runway was available. I use it all the time. And I was on the taxiway well past the hold short/balk line.
In any case, let’s stick to the NXi folks. It’s getting OT here.
Not sure if this has already been answered here but 10 mins into a flight in the caravan all 3 panels went black. They only reappear when I press the escape key to load up the menu.
This happens in DX11, either DLSS or TAA in VR. Is this a known bug?
Maaaate, unbelievable pick!!! I would not have found that in a million years and doubt the zendesk etc would have either. I am not at all sure how I turned it on but I was looking at the 'Experimental" stuff and must have done it then. Anyway, THANKYOU SO MUCH, I can now focus on learning how to use it instead of trying to be a computer geek. Cheers

Now I only have a circle, representing the nm range set.

Hi all,
Anyone have screens on the PFD and MFD going black? I just did a flight in the Baron, and about 20 minutes into the flight both went black. No warning. Flipped the avionics switches off and back on and nothing. Proceeded and landed safely.
I did load into the default G1000 172 and the displays were black straight away after powering up the aircraft. When I hit pause they would flash on briefly and when I’d unpause, they’d instantly be black again.
I uninstalled the WT add-on (for 3rd party compatibility) and reinstalled it.
No issue since, but that could be 100% placebo.
