Working Title Garmin G3000 Discussion Thread

Thank you. I missed that in the instructions. My fault.
EDIT: Ok, I set the Mod configuration file to “True”, but I’m still getting no traffic alerts. I still have showing 2 traffic alerts only this time it is at 7 o’clock 2 miles and 7 o’clock 6 miles. They are a constant. Just no updates. Am I still missing something or could this be a sim connect issue? What should the Traffic setting in MSFS be set on?

Live Traffic only according to WT. There is an additional mod (non-WT) that let’s you use it with Offline AI.

Thanks. Just trying to figure out how this works. A little frustrating. Appreciate it.

Is this the right place to give bug reports on the G3000 WT mod?

The best place is to report on their GitHub, under Issues.

I am the only one with problems to download the file at modsfire? I try clicking download on step 2, but it doesn’t do anything, and after a few tries that stupid site simply bans me… Is there anyway the file can be found on a more reliable platform?

Why are you not downloading directly from their GitHub as listed in the OP? (the very first link in this thread - I wont repost it here as it will be out of date when they update to the next version.)

The newly launched Official Site.

“Working Title - Packages” Working Title - Packages

That, and their GitHub. But the above is easier to navigate.

I noticed an issue today…not sure if it’s the WT or Longitude mod but if I open the VFR map, I can’t move it onscreen…grabbing its title bar to move it does nothing. It can be minimized and resized but not moved…

my sim freezes for some minutes (with disconnect from VATSIM due to freeze) after activating map point controller
Sometimes the approach list goes automatically down without any input

v0.7.0 is now available. See the OP for details.

Maybe found an issue. I made an IFR FPL via LNM and loaded it into the sims startmenu.

Unfortunately none of the enroute waypoints didn´t come up in the Garmin. I had to add it manually. No trouble to add it and the map shows the path as planed.
But i guess the sim or maybe the mod got in trouble with this amount of waypoints, because:

  1. I couldn´t request IFR Clearance on the ground. Button was there, but no reaction on click
  2. After my climb to FL310, FOD shows me a an amount of -236 GAL, even i have full fuel and i´m going 1080nm only with the TBM. Wind is coming vom aft.

The LNM Simulatorstate shows me a correct value of 115 GAL left, upon arrival.
I Attached my FPL here.

IFR Kapstadt International (FACT) to Victoria Falls (FVFA).pln (12.9 KB)

I could not reproduce this bug. Does it happen reliably for you?

I finished this flight 2hrs ago. FOD was still negativ until arrival with around 90 gal left.
Do you loaded my FPL in Menu? Well, forgot one thing. I changed my Departure location from Runway to an apron position cold and dark. Sorry, maybe that’s the Difference. Guess was at Ramp B23.

I had no problems with a flight from SBVT to SBSV. The FOD showed correct parameters during the flight.
The flight plan stages either through Navigraph or LNM are displayed correctly on the Garmin. Sometimes the simulator tends to place its own reference points other than those established in the flight plan already drawn up.

I did a lot of flights and this was the first time I saw this issue with the FOD. Thought, it could be because of that huge amount of waypoints in my flightplan.

Yes, I loaded the flight plan you provided. All the enroute waypoints loaded in at flight start, and I did not see any issues with FOD values.

Well, ok…in that case I sounds like a unique glitch which not occurs every time. Was the first time I had that issue. Thanks for checking. :innocent:
