The Working Title GNS430/530 is now a part of the core sim code. If you are installing an additional 430/530 through Content Manager, that GPS is designed only for third party planes (i.e., non-stock, not Asobo) to continue functioning using the latest 430/530 until such time as the manufacturers have updated their code to point directly to the sim version.

See this screenshot:

The 430/530 in all gray - circled in Green - is built into the sim - note it cannot be uninstalled and this is the Latest Version.

The 430/530 with the colored screen is the one that should only be installed if you have an old Payware plane that is still not pointing to the old Asobo 430/530 code (I can’t imagine there’s any still left, but it’s possible). Otherwise if you have no planes that need this “Bridge Version” it should remain uninstalled as you can see here.

When I uninstall the one in red, my GPS is not functional. For instance when I click the "direct to
button nothing shows up but the autopilot operates normal. When I install the one in red the autopilot works one time, once I engage it, everything is fine. As soon as I disengage the AP and re-engage it’s totally broken BUT the GPS works normally.

I found the problem. It is the 3rd party TDS GPS. Thank you for your help. I shall consult with them and figure out a solution.

It is not a TDS issue. It is a WT issue. You can use either the WT GNS or the TDS unit not both.
