@MSFSRonS, well, I did say to call it what you will. I was just using the first thing that came to mind, and not having ever flown the default CJ4 myself, I can’t really know if my description was right or not.
But it’s really just semantics, and I have no skin in the game one way or the other. But, again with the caveat that I’ve never flown the unmodded version, I’d guess it can be flown with less study and training than the WT version needs. Even just the brand new charts feature is something I’m still wrestling with trying to get working properly, even though I’m 99% sure it’s user error (meaning it’s my fault) that I’m having the issues I am.
This is not a bad thing, I absolutely love the WT version, and I’m fairly certain I wouldn’t even want to fly the default version, but I think it’s nonetheless a good idea that it remain available for those who do.
So I’m not going to argue with you (or anyone else) who wants to call it something other than “hard” and “easy”, so long as whatever terms they propose are in fact accurate. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
