Fully understandable. There’s only so much you guys could do with so few people. And the fact you’ve managed to do so much already is outstanding.
Now that you guys are a proper company and looking to hire devs, I know this will change in the future. There are definitely growing pains now that your entire production model has changed from being community modders to an actual established company liaising with Microsobo directly, having to familiarize yourselves with new code, procedures, timelines, etc. Not to mention just formalizing your own internal standards and business practices. It’s going to take some time to get things going at full speed. And it’s expected. At least, I can speak for myself and say I understand and am keeping my expectations realistic. I’m certainly not expecting any short term miracles.
That said, I anxiously look forward to what you guys have in store for us, as does everyone else in the community. Because of your outstanding work to date, you guys are being seen as the “saviours” of the MSFS nav systems and avionics. That in itself is a heavy burden to carry, and the expectations of the community are high.
But I have full confidence in you and your team. You’ve proven yourselves to be outstanding at what you do.
