Can replicate with Preset. Option in the Map Layers/Advanced to remove clouds is greyed out. The workaround to remove clouds is to zoom out but your are losing details.
Using Live Weather, this option to remove clouds is enabled:
So maybe “Preset” should be added to the title ?
Are you referring to this report ?: Clouds on the World Map prevent to clearly see the airport
