I found this video in a discord server on improving FPS with the latest update. I tried it, and saw a 10-30 fps boost depending on location. I want to share this here so everyone having issues would be able to fix it.
If you can’t get inside the WindowsApps folder, in file explorer click View, and Check hidden items.
then if you need to get access,
right-click the windows apps folder
click properties → security → advanced
where it says owner, click change
type ur windows username in the text box and click check names
then Apply and you should be able to access the folder with admin permission
