Maybe they’ll do a great job so there’ll be no need. So far though most of their premium airports are still kind of blank. Let’s wait and see.

If you go to the about file section on website it will explain it.
But just a case of downloading and unzipping the file into the sims community folder.

They mentioned in Q&A that a new method is under development that can help transfer satellite image to sharper 3D mountain or cliff
That would be good as gotta add the white cliffs of dover that should be a must.

you can find a free scenery of white cliff in flightsim.to, that should be good enough until UK update

I have to say, I’m disappointed that two of the first three countries are the US and UK. When Japan was first to be released I was hoping Asobo/Microsoft would be more interested in adding scenery in diverse locations more than just the “Anglosphere”. I say this as an “Anglo” Canadian, who is totally pro USA and UK, I just want a better experience flying in other parts of the world.
Please Asobo, don’t make Canada next lol.

There seems to be a pattern: Japan, USA, UK. If they follow that line, after that we will have Australia, South Korea, Canada, South Africa, Israel and countries like Germany, Greece, Peru, Austria etc (which have great oppotunities for VFR flight) will have they turn around 2033.
ahh you’re missing out dude tons of lovely sights in the UK and flying under a lot of heavy traffic. Very dynamic and difficult airspace to manoeuvre in

Does this mean there will be photogrammetry cities? Or just new aerial photography and some new auto gen models?

Judging by the comments by Jorg in the Q&A, the choice of the British Isles was influenced by the fact they have now obtained good data on this area, in particular mainland Britain. (Certainly in Essex, we had a very long dry spell, so imagery would be cloud-free.)
Other countries at the moment are a bit patchy (even in the USA update), so they will probably go where the best data is for subsequent releases. But they don’t know when they will get good data, which is perhaps why they haven’t released the future schedule.
