The terrain spikes seem to be related to some third-party mods, especially some OrbX mods. Try uninstalling all the mods from the in-game marketplace and see if you still have the spikes?
I flew over a bunch of places people reported as having spikes and didn’t see anything. Share some places where you’re seeing them and I’ll go check it out.
