SU5 was terribly unstable for me, so that seems to be a big improvement. Still had a couple of mystery CTDs and a complete freeze of the sim that after almost 5 minutes didn’t recover and required me to shut it down from task manager. Otherwise though, I’m good with this update, as it fixed my most pressing issues.
The terrain morphing in the alps though. That’s hard to look at. Took a couple of sights to take in the new DEM data. Seeing landscapes being drawn in like that is horribly jarring and not pleasant at all. It was the same with the Nordics update too. I found that one to be a huge disappointment as well.
