German speaking community is a big one and they watched patiently while us, uk, france got covered. I was disappointed that scandinavia is next but well: every region deserves it and i will fly there. I‘d also like Italy or balkans but on the other hand i liked what i saw what is already there

I was just wondering what % of MSFS users are German vs English, if that was the criteria to decide where to update next.
Just food for thought… Canada has a large German/French/Asian/Middle Eastern population as well. (pretty sure I missed somebody…)

Whatever it is, I’ve stopped buying third party airports for the parts of the world that haven’t received the update treatment. I’ve been (lightly) burned by the last two world updates. Like others have been pointing out in other threads, the vanilla scenery of the sim is pretty much over the top anyway, and patience is the thriftiest path.
(My vote is for Italy–it’s a lot like the UK: there is a ton of geographical variety to be experienced in the generally short VFR flights I take, and a lot of those flights are worth repeating.)
