I personally like worn out aircraft, but I get where you come from. Because the airplanes that have come out from 3rd party developers so far are older models (at least 25 years old for the most part), they are simulated in a state that one would generally find them in, in 2021, as long as the interior has not been refubrished. JustFlight’s Arrow III is from 1970s, so it looks like a used and flown for thousands hours plane. That is cool IMHO.
More modern models with G1000 are less worn out (I think Carenado’s C182 looks only slightly used).
The best would be if developers included both brand new and worn out versions of the interior. It wouold be great to also experience an older plane looking like it just came out of factory or has had the interior completely redone (which is not that incommon in real life).
