I found that load times of MSFS and Free flights are much worse after last update.
Is it normal even on your MSFS or there is perfect time to reinstall whole MSFS???

Yup same here. I just get it going and then pop off to make a cuppa. Sometimes it’s still loading. Ive tested removal of community folder but not much difference.
I just wait. All good when loaded for me.
Load times can also be dependent on network/bandwidth/servers. So a reinstall isn’t necessarily going to help anything.
