Thanks for asking - No evidence of physical damage so yes - could be a connection somewhere. I did completely disconnect and reconnect the unit but with no effect. I think I’ve been able to track down a replacement headset at a reasonable price though. Hopefully that will get me back in the virtual world very soon! Couldn’t find much useful regarding repair form HP … I suspect that if these units (and presumably some key component or other) are in such short supply, repair is likely to be a time-consuming and expensive option … if it’s viable at all.

I have really surprised myself just how much I miss VR flying!
