Wrong frequencies at uncontrolled airports (122.900 everywhere)

in both, msfs2020 and msfs2024, the simulator shows wrong radio frequencies at uncontrolled (untowered) airports/airfields. On the world map, when choosing the airport, the correct frequency is shown, however in game, when using atc only 122.900 is available. So I hear all the traffic from all other airports spamming atc. This might work in remote regions in the US where there is little to no traffic. But in europe, every airfield has its own frequency for traffic. It was like that until the last airac update I think. Anyone have an idea what might cause this? Im using navigraph and already tried reinstalling, adding prioritys in content.xml but to no avail. Only frequency available everywhere is 122.900. Even though the right frequency shows for the airport on world map.
example EDKB Bonn-Hangelar
navigraph charts shows 135.155

in sim atc only offers 122.900, atc gets spammed with traffic from everywhere

towered airports show correct frequencies

122.900 shows your currently tuned freq, not the airport freq. EDKB shows which is the nearest airport, center, etc you can tune on your radio.

I spawned at EDKB and you can see that ATC option 1 offers tunning to 123.525, which is the correct airport freq, while 118.300 shows my currently tuned COM1 freq. The freq on game database is the correct one and you can check that either on the world map airport info or on Littlenavmap for instance.

Cheers

I have noted the same when contributing to an ATC issue for a specific airport: LSZM destination in Career Mode - no ATC landing options - #2 by DementedCorn327
But as you are reporting, issue seems to affect some if not all uncontrolled airport.
I guess a new bug report could be created.

thats the problem, on all uncontrolled airports, I only get the option “Tune Traffic on 122.900”.

another example EDLT Munster-Osnabruck
only 122.900

I’m not seeing the same results using the default navdata information.

I’m don’t use Navigraph, but that seems to be the issue. I’d start by completely uninstalling it (by using their uninstaller!) and reinstall then and see what happens.

Same as @Habu2u2 , I am using default navdata and don’t have any issue at EDKB & EDLT. I can tune to their Unicom Frequency and get a choice of runways:

EDKB:

EDLT:

But I have an issue at LSZM:
On the world map only a FSS frequency is available:

Once in flight, the only choice for LSZM is 122.90:

And when selecting a runway for landing, the list is empty:

For anyone you want to test that airport and report back

Maybe the issue happens because the only frequency available on the world map is a FSS one and not a Unicom one ?

yup, same here

Thanks for confirming for LSZM.
But do you still see an issue at EDKB & EDLT ?

yes. after uninstalling and reinstalling navigraph completely, still the same.
I dont get the unicom frequency on the world map. I thought it was because I am in beta but same problem occurs with msfs2020 ? So it has to be a problem with the airac cycle. I just wonder why not everyone using navigraph has those problems

With navigraph uninstalled do you still have the problem or does happens only when navigraph is installed ?

I just tried and without navigraph installed, I get the correct frequency… I opened a thread in their forums also 2 weeks ago but all they said was its a 3rd party scenery problem. But this happens with default scenery too.. Im hoping the next airac update will fix this. Because I have no idea whats wrong.

also I still get the radio chatter from everywhere, even though Im tuned to the correct frequency now… something is not right

This is without navigraph installed right ?
Do you have multiplayers and/or real-time online traffic enabled ?

Since we’re not seeing other navigraph users reporting the issue, I’d being trouble shooting by disabling any other add-on’s or outside services you’re running and see what happens. Something else you’ve got seems to be cross-circuiting with navigraph.
Could try in safe mode and see what happens, and then start adding things back in until you find the conflict.
I notice in your last screenshot, you’ve got a wonky ATC comm shown for the last statement ATCCOM.ATC NAME DAHER.0… That might also give a hint that there’s a conflict with scenery, ATC program, etc. Keep in mind, the way this thing is built, a scenery not even related to where the issue is showing up can cause a problem.

ai traffic offline. I´m using Corstens gamod from flightsim.to
I have fs-base-ai-traffic and all Asobo_passive_aircraft disabled through content.xml for this mod to work. But I dont see any possible issue resulting from that. I just tried with empty community folder, only navigraph installed, same.

I also dont have the “unicom” frequency for EDKB on the world map when having navigraph installed. Without navigraph, everything normal. Has to be a problem with the navdata. Frequencies are just missing for some airports. as you can see, on other airports (here EDGS Siegerland) all frequencies show up correctly. This is all with only navigraph installed.
