Well the good news…there is an ILS there (109.9).
Now the bad news, you’re correct in that it doesn’t list an ILS approach in the dropdown, so you can’t plan it out like most others!
Now the worse news… It’s offset from RWY 16, but brings you down right on target for the CLOSED runway! 
I guess you could run it like an offset ILS, or just use the closed runway.
But in either case, MS needs to get the ILS lined up correctly, and get the approach picked up in the nav data so it shows as a valid ILS approach.

You can see the LOC/GS is tracking in the PFD, and the red check is the closed runway it takes you into, and green check is the actual runway it should go toward.
